360-Degree Live Streaming Video and 3D 'Spatial Audio' coming from Youtube soon.

Just as posted on Youtube's blog, the chief product officer Neal Mohan said:

"Whether it's a sporting event or a concert or even a family gathering, all of us have had the feeling of wanting to be somewhere we couldn't. But these days, virtual reality and 360-degree video can help get you one step closer to actually being at those places and in those moments."

He continued...

"Today's we're taking immersive video even further with 360-degree live streaming on YouTube."

Youtube will be streaming a few select performances from the second weekend of the Coachella music festival from 22-24 April in 360 degrees, in order to prove it's value.

The 360-degrees streams won't probably be accessible to normal users due to the high cost of cameras because it requires appropriate 360-degree camera, and as well as a high speed Internet connection which of course all Youtube users might lack. But all the same let us still hope for the best experience of this new feature.

On the other side, they also launching the spatial audio which reflects sounds more just as we hear in real life, Neal Mohan, also said: "where depth, distance and intensity all play a role"

currently, this feature can be experienced on Android smart phones, but we can expect some other devices to partake in this soonest.

The world is coming to an end as some would say, the coming of this new feature from one of the biggest online video platform, its really going to bring a great an enormous change to the world.

Be inspired and be encouraged YoungTechMinds the world is ruled by technology.
